Documents Collection and Application Process
Guidelines
Any student who wish to apply for Transcripts, kindly note the following process for Application for Transcript for any existing or pass out students (Applicable only for enrolled students from 2019 onwards)

Step 1: Candidate is required to printout (color) one copy of the supplied Application Form.
Step 2: Candidate is required to fill-out the form correctly and put his/her signature with date.
Step 3: Candidate is required to submit three copies (ORIGINAL & TWO photocopies) of the duly-filled form to the IEM Accounts Dept. along with a Transcript Generation Fee of Rs. 500 /= (Rupees Five Hundred Only).
Step 4: Candidate is required to ensure they receive stamped ORIGINAL & ONE stamped photocopy. ONE stamped photocopy will remain with IEM Account Dept.
Step 5: Candidate is required to submit duly-stamped ORIGINAL form to IEM COE Dept. and ONE duly-stamped photocopy to their enrolled Dept.
Step 6: Candidate shall be informed through the contact information provided in the application form, the date and time slot to collect the hardcopy version in-person.

Guidelines
Any student who wish to apply for Provisional Degree Certificate, kindly note the following process for Application for Provisional Degree Certificate for any existing or pass out students (Applicable only for enrolled students from 2019 onwards)

Step 1: Candidate is required to printout (color) one copy of the supplied Application Form.
Step 2: Candidate is required to fill-out the form correctly and put his/her signature with date.
Step 3: Candidate is required to submit three copies (ORIGINAL & TWO photocopies) of the duly-filled form to the IEM Accounts Dept. along with a Provisional Degree Certificate Generation Fee of Rs. 200 /= (Rupees Two Hundred Only).
Step 4: Candidate is required to ensure they receive stamped ORIGINAL & ONE stamped photocopy. ONE stamped photocopy will remain with IEM Account Dept.
Step 5: Candidate is required to submit duly-stamped ORIGINAL form to IEM COE Dept. and ONE duly-stamped photocopy to their enrolled Dept.
Step 6: Candidate shall be informed through the contact information provided in the application form, the date and time slot to collect the hardcopy version in-person.

Guidelines
Any student who wish to apply for Duplicate Grade Card, kindly note the following process for Application for Duplicate Grade Card for any existing or pass out students (Applicable only for enrolled students from 2019 onwards - Duplicate Grade Card is only issued for Lost/Damaged Grade Card or for submission of hardcopy documents to other organization via us.)

Step 1: Candidate is required to printout (color) one copy of the supplied Application Form.
Step 2: Candidate is required to fill-out the form correctly and put his/her signature with date.
Step 3: Candidate is required to submit three copies (ORIGINAL & TWO photocopies) of the duly-filled form to the IEM Accounts Dept. along with a Duplicate Grade Card Generation Fee of Rs. 500 /= (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per grade card.
Step 4: Candidate is required to ensure they receive stamped ORIGINAL & ONE stamped photocopy. ONE stamped photocopy will remain with IEM Account Dept.
Step 5: Candidate is required to submit duly-stamped ORIGINAL form to IEM COE Dept. and ONE duly-stamped photocopy to their enrolled Dept.

Note: Photocopy of a General Diary (GD) is required to be submitted along with the Application Form.
Step 6: Candidate shall be informed through the contact information provided in the application form, the date and time slot to collect the hardcopy version in-person.

Gala Sealed Envelop per envelop shall incur a fee of Rs. 100 /= (Rupees One Hundred Only). Opting for this option shall require the student to declare in handwritten words the following on the back of the application form.

This option is only available for Transcripts and Provisional Certificate.

Under extenuating circumstance where the candidate is unable to collect the document themselves, a person (AUTHORIZED PERSON) may be authorized by the candidate (AUTHORIZING PERSON) with the following additional documents to receive the document.

Letter of Authorization (Handwritten by the AUTHORIZING PERSON). The document shall be liable to be rejected if it is scanned and printed. It must be original handwritten document.

Photocopy of Govt. ID proof of AUTHORISING PERSON as mentioned in the letter of authorization.

Photocopy of Govt. ID proof of AUTHORIZED PERSON as mentioned in the letter of authorization.

AUTHORIZED PERSON shall also have to produce the original Govt. ID proof of their own, for which photocopy shall be submitted as mentioned in points 1, 2, & 3.
Additional documents of points 1, 2, & 3 shall be submitted. Additional document of point 4 shall have to be produced but not submitted.

Guidelines
Any student who wish to apply for revised grade card, kindly note the following process for request for Revised Grade Card for any existing or pass out students (Applicable only for enrolled students from 2019 onwards - Revised Grade Card issue request is only applicable for update of Backlog Status of Grade Cards only.)

Step 1: Candidate is required send a Request for revised Grade Card mail to iem.coe@iem.edu.in
Step 2: Candidate is required attach BOTH-Sides Scanned copies of all such grade card that require update. Scan of BOTH-Sides of grade card should be done as a single PDF, one PDF per grade card.. Request shall not be acceptable without appropriate attachment.
Step 3: Candidate is required to furnish Name, Enrollment Number, Current Semester, Dept., Contact Number, and reason of revision - (a) Backlogs in which semester and backlog subject code & name. (b) Which semester(s) grade cards that require update.
Step 4: Candidate shall be informed of the date and time for document collection.
Step 5: Candidate is required to submit the previous hardcopy versions of the grade card, at the time of document collection.
Guidelines
Any student who wish to apply for withheld grade card, kindly note the following process for request for Withheld Grade Card for any existing or pass out students (Applicable only for enrolled students from 2019 onwards - Withheld Grade Card issue request is only applicable for fee-due related matters.)

Step 1: Candidate is required send a Request for Fee-Due Grade Card mail to iem.coe@iem.edu.in
Step 2: Candidate is required attach IEM Receipt of the Fee that was due and has been cleared.
Step 3: Candidate is required to furnish Name, Enrollment Number, Current Semester, Dept., Contact Number and which semester grade card is required.
Step 4: Candidate shall be informed of the date and time for document collection.
